Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For larger furniture items requiring white-glove delivery, please allow up to 3 weeks for scheduling and transit.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer fabric samples for upholstered items?
Yes, we provide complimentary swatch kits for our sofas and armchairs so you can experience the texture and color in your own lighting before purchasing.
Is assembly required for Animato products?
Assembly requirements vary by product. While smaller decor items arrive ready to use, larger pieces like bed frames and dining tables include easy-to-follow instructions and necessary hardware.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If an item is damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or repair immediately.
Do you offer international shipping?
